I live in Devon with my wife Natasha, who is a florist, and our ten cats and ducks.
i only work in the South-West of the UK. I do not desire to be a “destination” wedding photographer, so I will only take weddings in Devon, Cornwall, and Somerset, none of which I charge travel/accommodation for.

I provide your photos in two mediums. Firstly, in an online gallery, you can download, share, and view high-resolution photos and give the link to family and friends around the world. There are no restrictions, no copyright, and no watermarks.
Then, I will follow this up with a USB, presented in a wooden box engraved with your names and wedding date.

Most of my work is natural: moments and moments between the moments, caught and captured, a narrative of your day in fun, emotive photos for you to remember forever. In addition to this, any family/friend photos you would like, but these don’t have to be overly formal or take hours. I am happy to arrange these, but I would also suggest having a couple of people from your bridal party to assist in the rounding up; it seems a waste of my skills to be corralling people, rather than capturing moments! Finally, we will aim to capture some stunning photos of you as a couple. Something unique and artistic that you are proud to hang on your wall but doesn’t take hours of the day to achieve., I work very quickly, and your day won’t be a photo shoot. I believe that the photos are to capture the day and work around your time with family & friends, not to turn the day into a photo shoot.

90% of my couples do not meet with me before booking with me,
but that’s not to say it’s not a possibility .I am happy to arrange a Zoom call, but dates do fill
up very quickly, and I am booked 12-24 months in advance.

Absolutely! Either via Zoom or in person if you are in the area. If I haven’t visited your venue before (which is very unusual), I would prefer to meet you there for a recce together.

I will give you a quote based on your requirements (you can change your timings/amount of time at any point up to the month before your wedding, nothing is set in stone). The deposit to hold the date is £200 and any payments can be made by credit/debit card or BACS. I will send you a link to your client portal with a questionnaire and contract and that’s all booked in for you.

I offer the option to add a second photographer to your package, although I shoot 90% of my weddings on my own and can usually cover both parties’ morning prep. If logistically I can’t do everything you require, I would suggest a second photographer. I only trust this to my friends who are full-time professional photographers, not to a trainee or family member!

I always aim to provide a preview of 20-50 photos within seven days of your wedding day, with the complete set of around 700-1000 (depending on how long I am with you on the day, how many guests you have, etc.) within 8-12 weeks. In the quieter times, however, this can be just 2 or 3 weeks.
